Note:
All requirement sheets will need to be filed out by the Scout and his councilor for that Merit Badge and turned in to the Scout Master to be reviewed.
Once the Scout Master has reviewed and approves the scout can fill out a completed merit badge green form.
the Scout needs to fill out a Merit Badge Completion green Form and have it signed by his councilor and the Scout Master and give it to the troop master coordinator which will give to the Advancement Coordinator
Earn six merit badges, including any four from the required list for Eagle.
Earn five more merit badges (so that you have 11 in all), including any three more from the required list for Eagle.

Earn a total of 21 merit badges (10 more than you already have), including the following:

Personal Fitness
Emergency Preparedness OR Lifesaving
